How to Spa

When you visit The Spa at Fig Garden Village, your relaxation, comfort and enjoyment is our priority. We encourage you to view these How to Spa tips and Frequently Asked Questions to ensure an unforgettable experience at our Spa in the heart of Fig Garden Village.

 

Reservations:

It is strongly recommended that you schedule services at The Spa at least two weeks in advanced in order to secure the time that is most convienet for you. Please call (559) 229-9553 to schedule your reservation or request an appointment online.

 

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please call at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. If an appointment is cancelled or changed within 24 hours of the scheduled service we may charge a cancellation fee. For spa groups there is a minimum 14-day cancellation fee. A “no-show” appointment could result in being charged the full- service price.

 

Electronic Devices:

To preserve the relaxing environment of The Spa, we request that you refrain from using cell phones, laptops, and other electronic devices during your visit. Please place electronic devices on silent or vibrate before entering The Spa.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I check in for my appointment at The Spa?

Please check in at The Spa front desk. You will be escorted to the locker room where you can enjoy the steam room and sauna before your treatment. For hair services please check in on the third floor in our salon.

 

How early should I arrive for my appointment at The Spa?

Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your appointment. To enjoy The Spa facilities prior, we suggest arriving at least 30 minutes before your appointment.

 

What if I am running late?

Please note that your late arrival will impact the length of your treatment. Your service will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

 

Do I disrobe entirely for my spa treatment?

That is your choice; however, it is customary to do so. Our staff is required to appropriately drape you with towels or sheets at all times during the service to protect your privacy.

 

May I ask my therapist to make adjustments for my comfort?

Absolutely. This is your treatment and we want you to enjoy the experience. If you would like anything adjusted or a change in the amount of pressure during your massage, please let your therapist know.

 

Should I alert someone if I have any physical aliments or allergies?

Yes. Please notify our reservation agent when scheduling your service at The Spa. If you require special assistance, please let us know so that we may ensure you have a pleasant experience.
